Terms and conditions applicable to advance orders

These rules govern pre-order purchases at OnyTCG. Customers are invited to read the following provisions carefully before placing an order.

1. Availability and Allocations

1.1 Limited Allocations

Pre-order products are subject to limited quantities established by official distributors. Allocations are made based on the chronological order in which orders are received.

1.2 Variations in Quantities

OnyTCG cannot guarantee final availability until confirmed by the supplier. Allocations may be reduced or cancelled by the distributor. In this case, orders will be fulfilled according to chronological order of booking, with refunds available for unfulfilled orders.

1.3 High Demand

For high-demand products, it's recommended to pre-order early. Once available stock is sold out, no further reservations will be accepted until the next restock.

2. Conditions of Sale

2.1 Payment

Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Payment constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and binding confirmation of the booking.

2.2 Guaranteed Price

The price applied at the time of pre-order remains unchanged, regardless of any price list changes after the booking date.

2.3 Product Authenticity

All products sold are 100% original with a guarantee of authenticity issued by the official manufacturers (Wizards of the Coast and other authorized brands).

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Shipping Times

Pre-orders ship within 2-3 business days of the official release date announced by the manufacturer.

3.2 Priority Shipping

On-time shipping on the release date is guaranteed only for orders that reach or exceed the destination country's postal allowance.

3.3 Tracking

Upon shipment, the customer will receive an email containing the tracking code to monitor the delivery.

3.4 Delays and Responsibilities

Delivery times depend on the supplier's availability and courier services. OnyTCG cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to third parties (manufacturers, distributors, couriers) or force majeure.

4. Release Dates

The release dates communicated are provided by the manufacturers and are subject to change without notice. OnyTCG undertakes to promptly communicate any changes to the release schedule to the customer via email.

5. Changes and Cancellations

5.1 Right to Modify

The customer can request changes to the order (change in quantity, shipping address, etc.) up to 48 hours before the expected shipping date.

5.2 Cancellation of the Order

The customer has the right to cancel the order without penalty up to 48 hours before shipment. After this deadline, cancellation will no longer be possible.

6. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

6.1 Cases of Full Refund

  • Failure of the manufacturer to release the product
  • Cancellation of allocation by the distributor
  • Cancellation of the order by the customer within the established deadline (48 hours before shipment)

6.2 Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

6.3 Refund Timeframes

Refunds are processed and credited within 5-7 business days of the request, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The customer will receive email notifications regarding:

  • Order confirmation and summary
  • Any changes in release dates
  • Shipping confirmation with tracking code
  • Any issues related to allocation

No, the price you pay when you pre-order is guaranteed and will not change, even if the product increases in price after its release.

❓ What happens if the product is not released?

In case of cancellation of the release by the manufacturer, you will automatically receive a full refund of the amount paid.

❓ What does "limited allocations" mean?

This means the distributor is allocating a limited number of units available for pre-order. Once they're sold out, you won't be able to reserve them until the next restock.

❓ How do I know if my pre-order is confirmed?

You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after completing your order. If there are any issues with your order, we'll contact you promptly.

❓ When will I receive the product?

The product will ship within 2-3 business days from the official release date. You will receive a tracking code via email as soon as your package ships.

❓ Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
