  • ↩️ Payment Refusal: In case of refusal, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense

📭 Package Failure to Deliver

📦 Deliveries in Italy (BRT)

  • The courier will make a second attempt the next working day
  • In case of problems (wrong address, recipient absent), you will receive an email from BRT with the storage instructions
  • If you do not receive the email, our customer service will contact you by phone to arrange a new delivery.

🌍 International Deliveries

🔹 With BRT (where available)

If the courier fails to deliver the package, a second delivery attempt will be made. If delivery fails, the package can be stored at a local collection point. The recipient will receive a notification via email or SMS.

🔹 With UPS Express Saver

In the event of a failed delivery, UPS will make a second attempt. If the package is not delivered, it may be stored at a UPS Access Point or returned to the sender. Customs and shipping charges will not be refunded.

✏️ Changing the Delivery Address

⏰ You can request a change to your delivery address only if your order is still awaiting payment or has not yet been processed.

📦 When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive an email with your tracking code as soon as your package is handed over to the courier.

🚚 How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking code. You can use it on the courier's website (BRT or UPS) to monitor the delivery status in real time.

💰 Do I have to pay customs duties for international orders?

There are no customs duties for orders within the European Union. For shipments outside the EU, any duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the destination country.

🎁 How does free shipping work?

Shipping is free for orders over €190 in Italy and €600 in the European Union (VAT included). The discount is automatically applied at checkout if you meet the minimum threshold.

📭 What happens if I'm not home at the time of delivery?

The courier will make a second delivery attempt. If this fails, the package will be held at a local collection point and you will receive instructions via email or text message on how to collect it.

✏️ Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Yes, but only if the order has not yet been processed or handed over to the courier. Contact us immediately by email at onytcg.it@gmail.com to request a change.

🌍 Do you ship to non-EU countries?

We currently only ship to Italy and the European Union countries listed in our policy. We are working to expand our destinations in the future.

⏰ How long does international delivery take?

With BRT, delivery times vary from 3 to 7 business days depending on the country. With UPS Express Saver, delivery takes 48 hours to major international destinations.

📦 How are the products packaged?

All products are carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. TCG products are protected with sleeves and toploaders where necessary.

❌ What happens if the package is damaged during shipping?

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will open a case with the courier and arrange for a replacement or refund according to our return policies.
