RETURN & WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Customer satisfaction is a priority for ONYTCG.
For this reason, we manage returns, refunds and after-sales support with transparency, fairness and in full compliance with applicable laws.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Customers in the European Economic Area)

In accordance with applicable European legislation, consumers residing in the European Economic Area have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

2. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

For orders delivered in multiple shipments, the period starts from receipt of the last item.

3. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send an explicit communication to:

A simple written communication sent within the required deadline is sufficient.

4. Return of Products

After notifying the withdrawal request, the customer must return the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days.

Returned products must be:

  • intact

  • complete with any accessories

  • properly packed

  • not used beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature and characteristics

  • accompanied, where possible, by the order reference

5. Sealed Products

Booster boxes, displays, starter decks, bundles and other sealed products must be returned still sealed, intact and unopened, unless affected by a conformity defect.

6. Single Cards and Collectible Products

Single cards must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

The following characteristics do not constitute defects when consistent with industry standards:

  • minor manufacturing tolerances

  • light surface marks

  • centering imperfections

  • slight factory warping

  • minimal cutting or finishing differences

Subjective grading evaluations do not constitute grounds for return.

7. Products Excluded from Return

Returns are not accepted, unless otherwise required by law, for:

  • customized or made-to-order products

  • opened sealed goods where excluded by law

  • products damaged by the customer

  • incomplete products

  • items used beyond normal inspection

Consumer rights in case of lack of conformity remain unaffected.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of:

  • seller error

  • wrong item received

  • defective or non-conforming product

  • other written agreement

Tracked shipping is strongly recommended.

ONYTCG is not responsible for returns lost without tracking.

10. Refunds

Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 14 days.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

11. Refunded Amount

Refunds will include:

  • the price of the returned product

  • the original standard shipping cost, where required by law

Additional costs arising from premium, express or optional delivery services chosen by the customer will not be refunded.

12. Right to Withhold Refund

The seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the customer has supplied proof of shipment of the return, whichever occurs first.

13. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All products sold to consumers are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under applicable Italian and European law.

Where a conformity defect is reported within the legal time limits, the customer may be entitled, where applicable, to:

  • repair

  • replacement

  • price reduction

  • refund

as provided by applicable law.
